How to placing a web order?

All orders will be processed within 48 hours! (Monday - Friday, excluding local public holiday)

1. For placing the order, you need to put the items to the basket, then fill in all fields and push the button - "checkout". You also can register at the website for the future orders or for subscribing to the news and special offers.

2. Order confirmation: When you have successfully placed your order, you will receive a message, noting that your order has been “Processed”. This message is automatically generated and can ends up in a spam folder – please check your spam, if you have not received it.

3. Within 48 hours we will confirm the availability of the ordered items in our stock and invoice you. Usually we will ship all orders by EMS courier company within 2-5 business days after the payment. Worldwide shipping time depending on the country and the selected shipping method. We try to write the actual terms in the cart.

Phone orders.

Unfortunately we don’t have phone manager with full English support by phone, also international time zones and our working time are very different.  We are a very small company and currently do not have staff who can take phone orders 24/7. If you would like to place a phone order, email us at info@neopoi.com or contact us by WApp :) We would love to help you to get what you like.

If you have any questions, we will be happy to help you via e-mail at  info@neopoi.com. Usually we will reply on your e-mail within a day, though you can expect to hear back from us within 3 business days. If you have not got back from us within 3 days, please try to resend your e-mail from another address.

Shipping

As you will place your order, you will be sent an email, confirming that we have received it and that we have started to process it. Once the order ships, you will get another email, containing a tracking number that you can use to see your packages journey all the way to your delivery address.  NeoPoi contracts third party providers to ship and deliver products to you. Because we do not directly control all parts of the delivery chain, we cannot guarantee your item will always reach its destination within the targeted delivery times.

Payment methods

1) PayPal. You can pay for your order using your PayPal account. It’s fast and secure. Paypal can be used also for payment by any supported cards without system account.

2) Western Union. You need to inform our manager, if you want to use Wester Union payment method.

3) Direct Payments. Debit or credit card payments. The payments are processed through MAP LLC. ( https://mapcard.pro/ )

To choose payment by debit or credit card, you should choose “Payment by card” on the order page.

You can use the cards of the following payment systems: VISA International, Mastercard Worldwide or MIR.

After your order has been processed by the manager, you will receive a confirmation of goods availability. To make a payment (you need to give the details of your card), you will receive a link to your e-mail, which will transfer you to the payment gateway MAP LLC. The connection to the payment gateway and information transmission is implemented in the secure mode using the cipher protocol SSL. If your bank supports the secure payments technologies Verified By Visa, MasterCard SecureCode or MIR Accept for online payments, you will need to insert a special pass code.

This website supports a 256-bit encryption. Confidentiality of your personal information for making payments is secured by MAP LLC. The information provided will not be transferred to the third party except in the cases specified by law. Debit or credit cards payments are implemented in strict compliance with the payment systems МИР, Visa Int. and MasterCard Europe Sprl. requirements.
